Research Areas: Speculative fiction, queer and transgender literature, creative writing, graphic novels and comics, playwriting, horror, and multimodal narratives

Nino Cipri is a queer and nonbinary trans writer, pursuing an MFA from the University of Kansas. Nino’s work has appeared or is forthcoming in Nightmare Magazine, Interfictions, Tor.com, Fireside Fiction, The Journal of Unlikely Entomology, Autostraddle, and In the Fray, among others. A multidisciplinary artist, Nino has also written plays, screenplays, and radio features; performed as a dancer, actor, and puppeteer; and worked as a stagehand, bike mechanic, and bookseller.
